In the wake of the global outcry against the exploitative use of resources, Incentive Destinations acknowledges our responsibility to make conscious efforts not just to offset our activity but enrich the community and environment and encourage similar behaviours in clients.

Together, we can fulfil our mission by using the available means in an equitable and justified manner to benefit the local community and environment and make the world a better place by recognising the present and making responsible decisions keeping the future in mind.

Sustainable trend-setting

We’ve seen organisations being flag bearers and setting trends. However, sustainability is not a trend but a core principle that we have refocused our objectives around. As a conscious destination management company at the forefront of the industry, we aim to lead by example, take responsibility for our actions and decisions, and in foresight- take measures for a green future. We also educate our partners and clients and align their activities towards our shared goals of the green mission.

Say yes to "Local"

Travellers take away a lot from their destinations but do not reciprocate. We intend to lead the change by supporting local communities and traditional businesses. We curate itineraries that encourage our clients to explore the destination as a local, which directs them to immersive local experiences, purchase traditional handicrafts, and explore local heritage while being open-minded and respectful of their ways of life.

This endeavour has dual benefits as the travellers derive an authentic experience while the local community grows economically.

While sustainable travel is a distant dream in the present, we aim to make it a reality through our actions and by making our partners aware of their part in our journey.

Every member of Incentive Destinations is a conscious traveller keen to reduce the adverse impact of travel on the environment. We do all this considering inclusivity and the local community’s social, environmental, and economic development.

Harmony with the wild

It is impossible to imagine travel without biodiversity. We recognise the importance and our responsibility towards preserving wildlife. Our tours are carefully curated to avoid practices harming animals or disturbing their natural habitat.

Environmental consideration

Caring for the locals alone does not absolve us of our responsibilities. We take careful steps in planning tours to minimise the use of pollutants, encourage non-polluting transport services, and make zero-waste travel a reality.
